You should've asked around here first. I could've saved you over a hundred bucks.
All you need right now is Strong Lifts 5X5 and a **** load of food.

I wouldn't of flamed you if you didn't flame me first. I don't like getting bashed, when I'm stating facts. Eat alot and use the protein after a workout. and before you go to bed... to get that protein intake ^.
I'm 6' 180 around 10- 11 % bf
just got back into the gym around 2 months ago , was injured.
