    Starting back in the gym tomorow, im about 150 5'9.
    what i have is in the image below,
    Mainly looking for a diet and a workout routine..

    Come back in 4 months, and then we'll set you up with a routine. Noobs should never start with supplements, since you are already going to get noob gains.

    The key of bulking is EATING, shakes are for after workout(sometimes) but mostly to get the protein over around 250 g a day

    I wouldn't of flamed you if you didn't flame me first. I don't like getting bashed, when I'm stating facts. Eat alot and use the protein after a workout. and before you go to bed... to get that protein intake ^.

    I'm 6' 180 around 10- 11 % bf

    I didn't flame you.. I asked whether you were being serious, because thats a hell of a lot of protein, and 250g can be pretty hard to get (and pretty expensive). Its probably a fair enough amount at your weight, but not for a beginner.

    Yea well maybe I went a little over board with the 250. but when using supplements its easy thats the point I was trying to make, And you put haha you should of asked me.

    He was right.. 250g is way overkill. Even 200 is overkill. .5g to 1g per lb is all you need. Use good fats to make up the calories instead. Deciding to eat 4 calories per gram instead of 9 calories per gram is just a waste of food.

    I was told by a source , to intake protein g in reference as how much you wanna weigh..

    So I shoot for over 200.
