What can I take for joint pain?

Ive been doing a lot of jump rope circuits and the past 2 days after about 500 reps my ankles and knees totally give out and start to kill. I dont know what's causing this problem as i had been jumping rope 2x a day for the past 2 weeks without any problems. Is there anything I can take that would help strengthen my joints so that it wont hurt as much when im jumping rope?

The most popular supplement for joint pain would certainly be a Glucosamine Sulfate and Condroitan product. Many will attest to how effective it can be. Also there are some who say that taking a tablespoon or so of flaxseed oil daily helps to relieve joint pain.

    Cool

As others have mentioned Flax Seed Oil as well as Glucosamine Sulfate and Condroitan are all good. I would also look into supplements that contain chicken collagen type II.
