Yes, this is an old topic, and yes, I should just google this to find my answer. But I have not found definitive answers about this topic. We've all heard about this method... wake up and do cardio on an empty stomach because it's supposed to tap directly into fat burning (essentially).
I've done morning cardio many ways:
Empty stomach, cardio
Carbs and protein in stomach, cardio
Just carbs, cardio
Just protein, cardio
Weight training, cardio
I won't bore you with a longer list, so I'll get to my question.
I have the ability to do a high intensity workout on an empty stomach in the morning. How long should I (how long do you) wait after this exercise to eat the morning meal?
