    Cool CEE Pro Review

I received my CEE Pro from Muscletech yesterday and I started taking it today. I like the way the bottle looked and how Muscletech provided test data from a independant lab showing that it contained even more CEE than they say on the bottle.

    Ok Stats,
    AGE: 19
    Weight: 215
    BF: ? 15-18
Not taking anything Execpt Protein and Mucletech CEE Pro

Thursday 30th. Bi & Tricep aswell as Abs day. 2 pills in the morning 2 pills afternoon. Worked out around 4:00 PM

Well I felt pretty good going into the weight room. My Bi's I felt were getting a better contraction and the pump was about same as always.

Tri's felt good also, Abs I just kept going and going like 150-200 straight I was not really that tired.

Alright well thats my first day down. I will try and keep a better Rep and Set log too.

    Bicep and Tricep

One of the best workouts I have ever had. Great pumps, My muscles got really hard and seem to be staying that way.

    Set 2: 10 reps 90lbs
    Set 3: 9 reps 95lbs
Set 4: 4 reps 100lbs (First time ever reaching 100lbs on this exercise)

Seated Concentration Curls: (Left arm & Right Arm)

    Set 1: 10 reps 30lbs
    Set 2: 8 reps 30lbs
    Set 3: 9 reps 30lbs
    Set 4: 7 reps 30 lbs

    Standing dumbell curls:

    Set 1: 7 reps 30lbs
    Set 2: 8 reps 30lbs
    Set 3: 4 reps 30lbs
Set 4: 24 reps 20lbs (Did as many as I could to finish my becep workout)

    Tricep:

    Standing pull down:

    Set 1: 13 reps 60lbs
    Set 2: 8 reps 85lbs
    Set 3: 6 reps 95lbs
Set 4: 4 reps 100lbs (once again that was a first)

    Skull crushers:

    Set 1: 13 reps 45lbs
    Set 2: 12 reps 45lbs
    Set 3: 8 reps 45 lbs
    Set 4: 14 reps 45lbs

Tricep push downs on a chair lifting bodyweight:

    Set 1: 10 reps
    Set 2: 7 reps
    Set 3: 5 reps
    Set 4: 8 reps

Well, that concludes the days workout. It was probaly one of my best ever. I felt really strong, hard, pumped, and energized. I think the CEE Pro is definetely helping my energy in between sets as sometimes some my last sets were my best. All in all I think this stuff is pretty good so far. More on this later.

Hey guys. It's a new day. Well today was Shoulder and abs day. My shoulders felt really strong and got a pretty good pump. Like I said before I feel like I got a better muscle contraction. So far I think this stuff is helping with being able to push myself and still have plenty left in me. Defintely feel stronger and I am getting more vascular aswell I think, specially in my forearms. Well, TTYL

Hey sorry again for the time lapse between my last post and now.

Ok so far I can say that I feel pretty strong most the time, recovery has been really fast too. My arms are getting more defined and vascular aswell as part of my legs.

    Shoulders

Feeling pretty good. My right shoulder is recovering from an injury but I was still able to work it. Doing Dumbell presses I felt like I got really pumped and my shoulders were feeling really hard. I also noticed i am getting better seperation from my biceps.

So far I have noticed better pumps for the most part, increase vascularaty, my muscles feel harder throughout the day even on off days, and recovery is about the same. Can't really tell much of difference because I normaly recover pretty fast anyways.
