I purchased Xpel to use before my Body for Life Challenge "after" pictures. The product label states that it promotes rapid water weight loss and eliminates excess water retention from beneath the skin. As I had never used this product before, and wasn't sure of the effect it would have on my body, I took 3/4 of the recommended dosage. Even so, I did loose a pound of water weight in less than 24 hrs. I will use this product again before photos, but next time will take the full dosage in order to compare my results.

All of my stats as well as progress pictures are posted on my page already. I lost 18 lbs.
