There is no creatine product that I am aware of designed to be taken pre-bed.

Take it any time during the day. pre-bed is fine if that's what you like. Most people just add their creatine into their pre or post workout shake for ease.

First of all, be weary of cell mass. Some people were getting pretty messed up on it (there is a recent thread on here about it). Go with neovar, best creatine I've tried, ever.

Second, I tried the creatine thing before bed and woke up with a raging hangover. I wouldn't recommend it personally.

It don't work that way. You probably want some protien before bed if that is your concern

As the posters above me have said, Creatine really won't prevent you from going catabolic overnight, that's not what it's designed for. A casien based protein shake before be would be more helpful than creatine in this case.

    Love the support.

About before bed, make sure you still eat a carbohydrate rich meal a bit after the neovar.

That could be tricky if OP wants the creatine literally before bed.
