I am moving to the 20mg week 2 of SD, my question is, must you workout after the 2nd dose per day to get the full benefit or can u do it after the first? My problem is that I work nights so my usual day consists of Getting up round 6pm and taking it then goin to the gym at 7pm, so i figured i would take the 2nd dose while at work. I then get home at 8am, fall asleep round 9. So I really cant take it so that I get in the 2nd dose first before workout, if I want to take them both while I am in the awake portion of my day(night).

does'nt matter, after you 2nd week, your SD effect wld've kicked in completely. You can workout after ur first dose.

get a good stimulant. i hear u on that bro, cuz i hv to work overnite. i try to get an hour of sleep before i workout. That and a stim dramatically improves ur workout.

Entire cycle runs around $220, dependent on what supplements you add to your list of goodies, and that's including the product itself (SD). People have reported being COMPLETELY shut down, and or, extremely suppressed on cycle. I believe a SERM is quite necessary (dosage is on par as well). Check your facts before you spew garbage.

What do you all think about a 2 week cycle of Superdrol? I have been planning a cycle for a while(3 weeker), but a bunch of stuff came up that will interfere with my pct. I was thinking of modifying my cycle and running it for 2 weeks, and I just want to gain a solid 10lbs.

But this is my first cycle, so do you guys think I should just postpone the cycle until my schedule clears up, and do a full 3 week cycle, or proceed with a mini 2 week cycle? Is it worth sacrificing the potential of my first cycle by running it short?

Week1 = 8 pounds gained
Week2 = 6 pounds gained
Week3 = 4 pounds gained

If it was a 2 week cycle 14 pounds not bad at all.
