Very impressive, Flex4Success! When you cut, you'll probably be around 230-235 lbs. and you'll see more muscle separation. But man, for your height, any muscle definition you have will make you really appear intimidating. You should check out Sharky's pics (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...threadid=41360). He's a round 6'2" I believe and he's been cutting for a while. The last time we saw him, he looked scary. But that's scary in a good way.

Those stats are nice, but how much of it are from the fat and water he's holding? My constructive critcism is: Get a tan, lower your bodyfat, keep your diet clean and where it should be for your body type, and finally keep training hard.
