Dedicatedforlif Gets Frisky and Happy With SNAC's Vitalyze and Aerobitine!
Welcome to DA BEST log in town!
Disclaimer: My negativity towards products does not reflect the ability of the actual product, I just never can say a product is AWESOME (like it has claimed to be so far) until I have tried it myself!

Who's this Dedicatedforlif guy?
Me
So Who am I?
Just a regular Joe...welll sort of...if you haven't read my crazy story by now, well then you're clearly a newb to this site or just out of the loop (www.bodybuilding.com/fun/other3.htm)
Been a fellow forum member for over 4 years now..been through a good number of supplements, and hence forth I can NOTICE when a product is working for me!
I have a really demanding job, not physically, but mentally. My fatigue level is ALWAYS high and I really hope that these products help me out with that.
An ECA stack can give you energy, sure. But Fatigue is different. You can't train to your full potential when your body is fatigued even if you have a TON of energy...so I will definetly be able to notice if my fatigue levels die down (and I really really hope they do!)

......I'm sure once we did get you started it would be nothing but praise for the SNAC pack
for real though, dunno what you meant by the comment but as a SNAC rep and as someone who has continually logged products both sponsored and not I can assure you that every company wants honest feedback and to know where they stand against the competition.

LOL. Believe me I will give honest feedback. I think I am including a little too much humour in my log lol, because you damn SNAC reps can't sea that!
You guys are all awesome reps!

Goals...
Okay so this month is actually my first month with SciVation. So my diet will be MORE than spot on. Saying this my goals for this log will not be concerning weight, as my weight/Body fat will decrease accordingly with my diet.
My Goals for this log is to see if I can train harder and be able to actually Lift MORE. My body has been hurting from fatigue for some time now and it will be very nice to see a change.
SIDE NOTE: Took a small dose yesterday, didn't REALLY feel anything however i took 3 tabs of A and 1 of V this morning and just made in start the day off in a great mood! Which is unusual for a monday!

Dosages...
So the Aerobitine states: 2-4 capsules, 2-3 times a day.
I personally will take different doses on different days. I think that I will need the 4 capsules for my size and for my tolerance to stims. This being said if I do 12 capsules a day, then this log may not last long ...jk I won't do that everyday, but only for some days
Vitalyze: 1-3 Caps, Morning and then preworkout. So I am planning on taking 1 cap in the morn and 2 before my workout.

18 meals a day? pshh... I get up to 36 or more a day. Good luck getting big with only 18 meals a day.

yea I am personally not a big fan of the recommended dosing, if you take it the actual recommended serving 2-3 times a day it will not last very long at all. If you want it to last longer, I would just take 1 serving a day, preworkout if possible. Feel free to experiment though and see how much of a difference there is between 1 serving a day to 3 servings a day.

That's what I will do. I think on some days I will require more and others less. I'll let you know what dose works the best for me .

Okay...So My workouts are based upon what I recieved from SciVation, so they are HIGH reps. I am used to doing a lot of volume, like 8-10 sets on an exercise sometimes!
I had sooooooooo much energy throughout my entire workout! It was awesome, I felt incredible! Not sure if it was a placebo effect, but man cardio was just a breeze and usually I just can't wait to get off! It's too early to tell whether there is something happening, but man so far I like what I see!

As RX mentioned earlier, you may want to cut the aero to one serving preWO otherwise it will last ten days as opposed to a full month. Your vitalyze dosing looks fine though. Glad to hear you already are feeling the stack after only one workout, the energy and feeling of well being sets this apart as a top pre workout stack.
