    Advice on Eggs

Anyone have any suggestions on when to cut out the egg whites, just before competition? I am 6 weeks out and wondered about the sodium content.

if you are going to sodium load or deplete then cut them out whenever you want to minimize sodium intake.

if you aren't going to sodium load or deplete, i wouldn't worry about it.
