I agree that you should have a little more to show for working out for 4.5 years but still looking good for 15. How much do you weigh?

He looks good, 4.5 years but realize he's only 15, and assuming you can't really build muscle until 13-14 because a child's test levels are so low, it's impressive.
Just eat more and don't neglect your legs. Also lose the silly ass hat.

I don't necessarily agree he should have "more to show".
11.5 years old is very young to begin. There usually isn't a lot of testosterone in most people at that age, sometimes even a couple or 3 years later. Depends on the individual. It appears like growing taller was the greater physical demand here which makes sense at this age.
Anyway, for 5'10" age 15 not bad at all...looks like arms and traps need most. Can't see legs.
Keep going.

I really don't understand why someone would start working out at 10/11 years of age!!!

I would like to see proof that shows its an unhealthy thing to be participating in at that age. I started when I was 12.

Firstly I DIDN'T say it was unhealthy, however if you DON'T lift properly it can screw around with your growth plates and stunt your growth.

^ Very true. But it's likely a problem you would feel. The conditions diagnosed that will effect growth all have symptoms of "excessive cramping" and stuff like this. You WILL know if you've damaged yourself enough to stunt your growth.

I just didn't understand your reasoning behind your statement outbreak. I started young and I feel that I am leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else (in my highschool). Starting young gives you a head start when you get into athletics in highschool, because when you get to highschool and get into a sport you have already been lifting, when most people would start lifting when they get into highschool. So you have the upper advantage.

Indeed. I personally won't even mention weightlifting to my future kids until high school begins though. I think at age 12 sports, eating crappy food and having fun with friends takes priority over lifting.
But if it was your decision to do this then all the power to you!

Neoray I wish I had that body when I was 15 y/o! Getting that "V" shape---arms, lats, abs looking great! Work on shaping up your lower pecs. Keep hitting the weights hard, eat right, and get plenty of rest and you will be a monster!
