Just started doing the cold bath, hot bath routine at the gym. I could really feel the difference in how my calves felt and just in not being as sore as I normally would be. I think this is like a huge sense of relief cause it's been soreness and pain that's kept me from running and tennis more frequently. I have iced my knees before, but this is a different thing.
Really great. Good to know on starting and ending with cold. Makes sense. I also will introduce the steam room in the hot rotation….January 1st- March 31st - Fat Loss

I hate *******s who cry about bumping a thread then cry about people using the search function, STFU for christ sake, keep it to yourself once in a while, if you have nothing to add why are you even posting? time to get a life brhoe's,,,
Anyway, I take a steam bath 10 min cold shower 5 min and repeat about 3-4 times, never felt better, its like the fountain of youth, I do this after working out and do start with a quick 1-2 min cold shower, many, many benefits including flushing metabolic waste, creating adrenaline thats quickly converted to endorphins, and rebuilding collagen in the skin.
