Ok so currently I'm in my bulking phase and up until now I have not been marinading my chicken at all, just throwing it on the grill and cooking it. I'm wondering if there are any healthy recipes I might use to marinade my chicken breasts in or if I'm better off just not marinading them at all. Any ideas?

i hooked up some delicious chicken on the grill the other day. my "marinade" is as follows
for 6 chicken boobs
diced onion (2-3 tbsp)
minced garlic (1 tbsp)
2-3 tsp ancho chilli powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 chopped jalapenos
6-10 sprigs of thyme
5 sprigns of rosemary
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
the longer u let it set in the better it tastes, but id say let it marinate for at least an hourBALL 'TIL i FALL - DRINK 'TIL I FAINT

Will marinading the chicken make it less healthy for me? I gues sin my bulking phase I'm not that concerned since all I'm trying to do is put on more weight but I just want to make sure I'm not making the chicken extra bad for me by marinading it ya know?

only if you drench the **** in oil; and lots of pre made marinades have lots of added sugars and unecessary crap
that's why i like using powders and things like the onion, garlic and thyme and rosemary to flavor it w/ all the extra sugars and ****.
the recipe i gave you only uses 1 tbsp of evoo (which is what like 14 g fat?) should be straight considering it'll be split into 6 or so servings.
i'm sure you'll enjoy it. my fam loved itBALL 'TIL i FALL - DRINK 'TIL I FAINT
