Muscle pump is this a good thing?
Just wondering. I had my 1st experience with it last night. At the gym and did about 15 pull ups. To stop and realize my biceps and triceps felt weird. Could not really figure it out. Felt big and full. When I felt them they felt bigger than usual. I showed the husband and he was blown away by it too....that and the fact that I have been a gymaholic and he did not realize it. I have probably increased my bicep/triceps by at least 25%. Anyway I was just searching under google and muscle pump came up. The feeling that your muscles are going to tear through your skin. PERFECT WAY TO EXPLAIN IT. That was exactly my feeling.
Now is this a good thing or no?

Hell no. Means you worked hard like you should, and your body was rewarding you visually. Just don't lift so hard that you damage any tendons.

I appreciate it. I don't think I am lifting too much. I am just trying to get to the happy medium, lift about 8 reps and start feeling the burn from there. I have always been happy with the way my arms looked....just not with anything else.

So your a gay manlet? That is what I gathered from your post.
Anyway, the more you get pumped the better genetics you have. I'm not talking about working out to get a pump, I mean if you naturally get serious pumps with no effort.

I'm assuming she's a girl due to the fact that she has a husband.

you have worked out for awhile and never had a pump before
also a pump wont increase your arm measurement by 25% unless your arms are about 2 inches to begin with

I don't think so, however this is the misc, and it can be quite brutal in here.

I have been lifting for about 2 1/2 weeks or so. And was not really pushing myself til recently.
Ok so the 25% was not quite "accurate" I can tell my arms are significantly bigger than they used to be. Now remember I am not huge or "normal" sized like most woman. Being 5 feet tall sort of sucks.

I guess. But I really did not know where else to post this. I guess it was my mistake. I wanted helpful and good advice/feedback. Not people somehow or another thinking I am a guy. I don't get it.

You came to the wrong place for good advice.
Also, you can pretty much take whatever you want short of steroids and you'll never get 'big'.
Those 'big' girls aren't natural.

Whoa did you end up in the wrong place!!!
Just hang around, you'll understand soon enough.
Oh, and now that you proclaimed yourself female, expect a 5-10 page thread within the hour.

I could care less about the "leg humpers". That is not why I am here. Otherwise you would see me all over the place posting. I am here for one thing. To lean up and lose weight. So I do understand now why you say I came to the wrong place. I am glad to see there are some respectful nice people out there willing to help me.
