    Eating sweets after workout ok ?

    I ****ing love haribo sweets wondering what everyones opinion is of eating them post workout with your shake ? Obviously its not very good but this is the best time to eat them

    Post-Workout is the least impact for carbs, if you're gonna cheat have it then. Have heard reports of ifbb pros having a coke postworkout, then again they aren't exactly the same physiologically...
