    No your gains will halt and i suggest finding a gym and training like a real bodybuilder as dumbells dont cut it forever.

    Nah, work 'em out heavy only once a week.

    If you insists, hit them twice a week is also fine.
    Just make sure to have 2 days
    rest in between biceps/triceps workout.

    Not to take this guys thread but, i lift arms everyday, im not trying to be a pro bodybuilder just get some def in my arms..i do concentrated curls and dumbell curls then some inclined push-ups then use a machine for about 10mis. Overworked?

    Once or twice a week is better in the longrun, 3 times is more for advanced lifters. More than that, your body just isn't going to recover properly, not all of us are using the juice. :P

    Lol i dont take roids or anything, i life like that and im not tired at all the next day and i do it again, is that bad? Im currently not taking anything but until i get my protein powder gona eat alot of chicken and cottage cheese. Also am gona start HIIT here in about 30mins lol. I like the feeling after i get done and i cant lift my arms and my biceps look huge as im curling =). 15 years old, 151 lbs, and my physical form says im 5'10.

    Just because your arms fill up with blood during your workout doesn't mean they are going to get any bigger or stronger. Your body just needs more time for recovery. I'm roughly the same weight as you, and more than twice a week would put way too much strain on my tendons, and probably wouldn't help with gaining muscle either.

    Where is back, chest, legs, abs, and shoulders? You gotta do more than just arms man, you'll look totally out of proportion at the rate you're going. **** the HIIT, if anything do it once a week, you don't need it at your weight. Start doing deadlifts, rows, squats, bench, and overhead presses. You'll see better results, no doubt.

    Ill have to show you pictures i have all sorts of fat on my chest and stomache that id love to burn off. I dont really have any machines to do back legs and whatnot. I do however do a 3min ab workout that is pretty decent, i do it everynight. Did the diet sound good however?

    That probably isn't so much fat as it is lack of muscle. If you did burn off all of the fat, you'd look even skinnier. Work every muscle in your body like each workout is your last and eat like a cow. I'm sure you'll see better results than you are seeing right now. :\

    You do hiit on days by itself.

    Here is a more logical schadule:

    mon: arms(both bi/tri)
    tues: hiit
    wed: back/shoulders
    thurs:hiit
    fri: legs
    sat: hiit
    sunff

    do your abs after hiit.

    lol I am just being an ass no worries... your goals are your own and I respect that but cmon I donno what kind of equipment you have but if you can do arms then you have either a BB or a DB and that means you can work every single muscle in your body with that DB or BB... hell even bodyweight exercises would work. Gotta remember how rediculous someone will look with big arms and skinny everything else, not only that but working the entire body will better suit your goals for a tight waistline.

    How can i work legs and shoulders and back with a curved dumbell?

    Squating dosnt work with it lol..i have done lunges with 10lb bb b4 though for legs.
