I am a Personal Trainer from Greece and that's my Log for losing fat.
I use it when I want to drop my body fat and weight, but not more than a
month and compined with exercise...
Morning (7:00a.m.)
All-Bran flakes 30g
Oats 20g
Milk 1,5%fat 250g
Orange Juice 250g
Snack (10:00a.m.)
Whey Protein 1 scoop
1 fruit of my choice
Lunch (13:00p.m.)
Rice or Spagetti 150g
Chicken breast(skinless) or tuna 100g
Bread(whole-wheat) 1 slice (80g)
Salad 1 small bowl
Oliveoil 1 tbls
Snack (17:00p.m.)
Tost 1:
Tost bread (whole-grain) 2 slices
Turkey 2 slices
Cheese light 10%fat 1 slice
Dinner (20:00p.m.)
Apple 1
Cottege cheese 2% 1 cup (250g)
Or yougart with fruits light 2%
Water
1 gallon of water minimun

My friend "The Arabic" do you konw the nutritional infos of this diet?
Do you know the percentage of it's Carbs- Protein -Fat?
Can you tell me how many calories does it contains????????????
