    question about Ephedrine...

    hi guys...
    I jus' talked to a family friend who is a doctor. asked him what he thinks about ephedrine... and he said the harms outweighs the benefits.
    he said one of it's long-term effects is hyperextension.

    I asked him how long is long? he didn't know...

    so what do you guys think?
    I think after this bottle I won't buy anymore Ephedrine...
    The curiousity about its risks started to piss me off now

    Did you mean "hypertension"? If so, it's a possibility in high doses, not sure about long-term recommended doses though.
