I never get sore biceps since 2 months, thats normal, I get a little and I mean a little bit of soreness near my forearms.. but still soreness doesnt mean muscle growth
I rape back.

Are you making progress with you Bicepts work? Like can you curl more weight than you could a month ago? If not you might not be overloading the muscle which is a prerequisite to muscle growth.
I sometimes also feel the pump close to my elbows. Especially if I am doing barbell curls. I don't feel it as much with dumbells or the E-Z Bar. I dunno.. as long as I keep making gains its all good.
Peace and Good luck to all

If you want to get sore in your biceps, shock them..Either do a really high number of sets, or try a high number of reps. Giant sets are great. really, do anything that will get the intensity up.
