i was wondering what time of day would be best to eat good fat like natural peanut butter, a time when it wont all be stored as fat?

Pretty much anytime, but before bed may be the best just because it slows digestion a bit

-Squat- 185 goal 200
-Deadlift- 230 goal 275 (THAT'S gonna take awhile)
-Bench- 115 goal 135
If it's easy, it's pointless. That goes for eating too. KEEP EATING

I'm currently cutting and i have been eating natural peanut butter somewhat regularly, today i ate about 3 tablespoons and celery at about 430-500 about 4 hours after my workout, i'm just worried that it will all be stored as fat, it is loaded with fat and protein but i keep reading that it is good fat and is ok, if it is good fat where exactly does it go in your body, does it turn to muscle or fat or what i just dont know if i should cut it out of my diet.

Fat doesn't make you fat, eating more calories than you burn does. So as long as the PB calories fit into your daily diet and you burn more than you take in, you will lose weight.
As for when I eat my good fats is usually around 9 (PB and an apple), but I would eat it anytime during the day besides postworkout.

i freakin' love PB, and will eat it at almost anytime. my favorite thing though is to have about 2 tbs before my workout. you don't want you body to digest everything too quick during that time, plus the added fat in the stuff will help energy levels if your on low carb or something. i see it as kind of the equivalent of a slow burning carb.
You're going to get criticized no matter what you do, especially if you're trying to achieve something and rise above the flock. Do it anyway. Negative criticism from others is often a sign that you're on your way up in the world.
