is there any sup that makes you keep your pump for a extended period of time? cause idk when i just get done working my abs i have an outline of a 8 pack and i was hoping there would be somthing out there so i could keep that 8 pack for 2 hours or so go to the beach.. any thing out there?

keep an ab pump?????
do alot of lowerback and side to side movements, combined with traditonal situps and bench situps then you won't need an ab pump.Get Big or Die Tryin'

You know girls are gonna be more interested in a big cock than great abs but if You have to then go for some Citrulline malate and some Arginine....that will make like a super NO effect and I keep the pumps threwout the whole day
