i like to do wrist curls, but unsure of how many reps and how often i should do them, once a week like other body parts? or more often like calves/abs. My wrists usualy get a good workout on my back/bi day too
Just like any other small bodypart.
I work those in my arm day, bicep, tricep and forearms. Actually I think the exercises I do for my forearm have strenghten my wrists...
