^That is about the right amount. Fruit is a beautiful thing, it's something you can actually start craving and it's good for you.

About 3-4 pieces at the moment. Today I had a banana, a pear, an apple and a handfull of strawberries. Currently it's my first week of maintaining after a long cut. Good to have more fruit again (:

3 or 4, it depends. An apple and banana are pretty much staple. I also eat things like blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, watermelon and mango if I have them.

I try to have a piece of fruit with every meal I eat...you know, depending on how much fruit I have at the house. Usually the cheap fruits, haha. Apples, Oranges, etc...None of that expensive stuff like blueberries.

Lets see what I ate today... raisins in my oatmeal, a banana in my post workout shake, an orange, an apple, a peach, 2 plums, a handful of cherries, and I plan on cutting up half a banana in my cottage cheese later. This is an average day for me. BTW, I went from a 33 inch waist to a 31.5, and gained 4 pounds of muscle while eating this way, so nobody say thats too much fruit.

Eat all the fruit you want during cutting, just work it into your daily caloric values. Dr. Fatkins said don't eat fruit during the first phase of his diet I believe so now everyone thinks fruit is the enemy.

very little to keep my striations and diced look....maybe a few berries, but nothing major. I try stick to complex carb sources. Def. never postworkout. I'd rather not fuel liver glyogen when my other stores needs replenished...
