Thanks man I do hit chest hard. Harder each week and constantly mixing it up. My upper abs do stick out probably cause I trained them like a jackass with the ab crunch machine cause I was uneducated about what I was doing. In due time

That's where I have been starting my chest workout occassionaly I'll start with flat but only once in a great while. Also working the lower portion of my chest more with presses, during the summer I had no decline or dip, in the summer my Incline would only hit maybe 35 degrees max! It was a crappy bench but now i am back at college with a gym and much better benches
