Best pre-workout beverage
Hey guys. What's the best pre workout beverage. Im looking for an energy kick. Something I do not need to take every day. I took adenergy stack, and that was ok. I used BSN No-Xplode and that was ok too. I know they are very different products. I dont care if its caffiene, creatine, NO, or whatever, as long as it gives me some energy. As always, buying on a budget! Thanks.

hows ur tolerance to stims? If you dont need too much for energy basic cuts is good for the price.
I'd get a bulk citrulline malate and beta alanaine products, mixed with a stim. Hell caffeine pills might even be enough.

VPX NO-Shotgun is my favorite pre-workout drink. It blows no-Xplode away.

So far White Flood is the only one I have not built a tolerance to, the effects were the same at the beginning as they were at the end of the tub. NO Shotgun was great too but I only had a few samples of it so I'm not sure if the effects diminish. Sometimes all I really need is a cup of coffee, lol. Most of the time if you find some ones you are interested in the company will send a couple samples for you to try before you decide.

I want to try White Flood next month.
I have been using Labrada's SuperCharge since it has come out. Have tried some others. Have not had the success I have consistently had with SuperCharge.
NO Explode works but only for about 3-4 workouts. Then the effect diminishes quickly( That is just my experience with it, Everyone reacts differently).

white flood definitly, more focused better workouts. Coming from a triathlete who has worn out his body, I feel better at end sometimes then at the begining. I also use Purple Wraath throught the workout, works well to keep the energy up Ienjoy CL, just bought some green mag, and more purple wraath.

I would put a vote in for Purple Wraath. If I could only pick one supplement for pre-workout it would be PW. 2 scoops prior to lifting or 1 scoop prior to cardio and I'm ready to go (no stim crash or inconsistency of energy).

You may want to give CL's White Flood a try. I have used BSN No-Explode but found that WF is better (and less expensive than NoX).
CL now has smaller sized containers of some of their products. So you could take that route for trying WF. (Of course, the regular size is more cost effective.)
Good luck with your goals!

I take ON's Vassive E-8 product along with Vassice NO and CE. Great preworkout formula. ALso I enjoy xtend and vasoexplode. Clout was also very good for me by Man sports

"more focused better workouts."
I'm sorry, but that's funny too me. Anyway, White Flood gets my vote.
