A good pull/push/legs routine for someone looking for a new routine to follow
Infact, I am scrapping the previous routine I was going to do, and am going to do this instead.
I'm only showing the number of sets done as I know people have different views on rep ranges (me, I like going higher but some prefer the MAX-OT style of going lower i.e. 4-6).
MONDAY
*Deadlift 3 x
*Bent Row 3 x
*One Arm Row 2 x
*Chin Ups 3 x
*Shrug 4 x
*Straight Bar Curl 3 x
*DB Curl 2 x
*Hammer Curl 2 x
WEDNESDAY
*Flat Bench Press 3 x
*Incline DB Bench Press 3 x
*Dips 3 x
*Cable Cross Over 2 x
*Military Press 3 x
*Side Lateral Raise 2 x
*Rear Lateral Raise 2 x
*Close Grip Bench Press 4 x
*Skullcrusher 3 x
FRIDAY
*Squat 3 x
