I'm almost done with my 72 pack of Myoplex and am wondering If i should continue buying MRP's or simply buy a big ol tub of whey and supplement it with increased caloric intake.
My question:
1. If I buy another box of MRP's which one's would u guys rec.
2. If I don't buy any MRP's what protein supplement would be recommened.
You should take whey in the morning or after a workout, since it is a fast absorbed protien (one hr). However, you should still stick with your MRP's 2-3 times a day--they have a mixture of different types of protien which get absorbed slower (3hrs)
All mrps are about the same, but I like Myoplex and Met-Rx for the taste
