    That's just over 17lbs, just over 4lbs a week. That's about double what's healthy.
    What did you do?

If mine fluctuates more than 3Lb I worry lol.

I did once lose about 60lb in 4 months. It is not difficult, the problem is as littlejon said it is not very healthy.

What "not healthy" means as far as most of us on here are concerned, is "losing too much muscle". No matter what certain users post about losing weight fast being a healthy path, I am not convinced. In my opinion the only way to lose lots of weight fast is to stave, either by under eating or/and over doing it in the exercise dept. Starvation eats muscle a lot faster than you would think.
Sometimes the "w" key does not work proper. If my post does not make sense this might be the reason. Or maybe its just not making sense.

Good to see someone else fluctuates as much as I do. As he stated I doubt its 17lbs of fat..actually I know its not, and if you did indeed lose that much mass a lot of its gonna be muscle

Damn dude. I've got nothing on you. I can't make myself drink more than a gallon. I start getting sick at just under a gallon.
