depends on the person and supp
if someone knows what they're doing diet and training wise, go for it. depends what supp also
if they are just looking to get jacked in five minutes, **** 'em
I use several supps but I learned how my body works nutrition and training wise before I starting using them.
So I know what does what and I know I could "get by" on less, but because I learned the basics first having cut and bulked successfully, I know what is impacting what.A lot of people have been looking at too many competition condition bodybuilding photos and have a distorted sense of what "fat" is. - SideFX

I don't use supplements and I think that is a harsh statement
A. I can plenty afford them.
B. You're right, I don't want to potentially ruin my body in the long run. I don't view being smart and cautious as being scared though.
C. I view supplements as cheating, that is my own opinion, and I am plenty happy with my all natural gains.

Some people do seem to have supplement stashes a mile by a mile by mile (l, w, h).
I just use Whey, Glutamine, and a creatine/pre-workout mix.
I tried so-called test-boosters and they succeeded in wasting my money. I tried nitric intensifiers (before they were banned over here) and they succeeded in pumping me up...for the first time, after that they did nothing
Some people just take supplements for the sake of it...but if it isn't doing jack, why bother? Go and buy some chicken breasts or something instead.

lol which supps do you look down on?
do you take protein shakes, bars, etc?
Are you only going after certain ones like creatine or NO?
explain to me how putting muscle milk, a casein protein with a bit of IGF1 (if I recall right) is cheating?
This is an individual sport. not a team game.
While I don't look down on steroid users, I can understand the argument against altering your bodies natural chemistry.
however, the difference is that supps are an add on to how your body alrady works. steroids change the way your body worksA lot of people have been looking at too many competition condition bodybuilding photos and have a distorted sense of what "fat" is. - SideFX
