Hello all. New here. Have a question on above subject, especially when it comes to doing pushups, dips, etc. while traveling.
I've gotten the "bug" for doing dips in a big way, especially weighted dips and pullups. My question is what does anyone recommend as a routine for doing pushups, dips and so on. I have a bad left shoulder from benching so that's out, but for some reason doing dips doesn't bother the shoulder so I want to go heavy.
I'm looking for reps, sets, variations, etc. Whatever anyone has tried in this area would be of interest to me.
Thanks and have a hard day

Well, I do dips and pullups on different days, dips on arm day for my triceps, and pullups on back day. With dips I do them at the beginning of my workout, I do unweighted first, to failure, usually about 20, then weighted for 10, 6, and 4. I've been doing this for about a month and a half, and at the beginning I could barely do 10 unweighted.
Pullups I'm not very good at, I can only do about 10 for medium and close grip, and 7 for wide grip, so I usually just do 3 unweighted failure sets at the beginning of my back workout."Government should stay the hell out of people's business." - Senator Barry Goldwater
