    I think an introduction would be in order? Don't hide your interest in her either, show you are interested and be yourself. Just be cool and relaxed and just ask if she wants to maybe grab a bite sometime, if so ask for her number and leave, its not really that hard guys.

    Talking to girls is like anything else, even bodybuilding; you have to start somewhere, you don't start being the biggest guy in the gym but you work you way up, same applies for women; practice makes perfect.
