Training shoulders today... need mass ! help !

Hi, I'm training shoulderrs today and I want to gain a lot of mass on them...
    I usually did :
    4 x 8 shoulder presses (either with dumbels or barbell(seated military I guess) )
    then 3 x 8 lateral raises
then 3 x 8 bent over raiser for the rear delt....

I saw on some other post that if you want to gain lot of mass on them you should do 2 compoud exercices???
so what other exercice I incoporate with them??? lateral raise or rear delt raise or what??
    thanks

Save rear delts for back day. Do 5 sets of a heavy compound exercise then 5 sets of an isolation movement.
