    No not really, what creatine is gonna do though is help pull more water into your muscles, but it's not going to give you the pump that people associate with N.O and all that jazz.

    you can have it for both. there is nothing wrong. like post above it just brings liquid into your muscles and helps with assorbtions.

    *creatine + protein = prevent catabolism from a hard work out session.
