    I never get sore after a workout is this a good thing or a bad thing?

    I train harder than everybody else on my weightlifiting team yet I dont get sore.

    when you stop getting sore, you have to change stuff up, as in diffrent excersices for what ever body part.

    This is definately not true... Just because your sore does not mean you did or did not get a good workout... When you first start weight lifting you usually get sore or when you start a new program, your body is just getting use to new weight, or range of motion, or different exercises.

    But then again you might not be pushing yourself hard enough, just see what works out for you

    I was thinking the same thing, as long as your making decent gains consider it a blessing you don't get sore. I'm sore right now and let me say its not a good feeling.
