    How many calories should I get daily to gain weight?

    I'm 6'2'' and 20 years old. Currently weigh 155 or so but I'm trying to gain mass.

    Yeah, it's going to differ from person to person, even among others who share your exact same dimensions.

    For me, I'm 5'7"/146 or so, and I need 3500 a day to add any weight, whereas someone else my size might only need 2800 calories.

    Give 3000 a shot and if you're not gaining, add some more.

    Your weight X 15 + 500 = Weight Gain

    Increase by 200 Calories every two weeks for the remainder of your bulk until done.
