Looks like Flower or Pietersen, one of them goes.
Personally i'd keep Pietersen, make him vice captain and get Collingwood in as coach. Flower is great with the details, but our defensive style has more to do with him than it does Cook imo.
The way Test cricket is going, you have to be bold it seems. We also need to look at County cricket and the pitches in general. They were showing highlights of our young talents who will come in over the next year, after seeing Australian pitches for the last two months, the bowling looked like 50mph throw downs. No wonder our batsmen have looked so out of their depth.

Nice! Cannock is my local club, played there from age 7-16, you might of come across them or at least heard of them.
They were the ones who brought Pietersen over and he played here for a couple of seasons before moving to Nottinghamshire, we actually won the Birmingham league for the only time in 2000.

I'm sure most of you eng/aus brahs aren't following the NZ/WI series with the ashes going on, but I am pretty excited about us unearthing this guy...got up to 153k in the t20 just gone, average speed was like 147k
Here's hoping he stays fit...NZ hasn't had anyone with genuine pace since Bond, and for decades before him....And I hope they get him into our test team
Also, I fukking hope we prepare some joocy greentops so our seamers can run through India...Kiwi lawyer in London

Aussies are far away from being the top test team. they got the pacers and the fielders but batting is still fragile and they miss having a world class spinner. Saying that, no excuse for them not to win the world cup. Harris and johnson will run through teams on fast pitches. then you have finch, warner, watson, clarke and bailey to bat. Got some allrounders like maxwell too.

pretty classic. Was fuarking pretty pissed, shelled out like $200 for tickets to day 4 of MCG and went overseas (to Melbourne from NZ) for the main purpose of watching ashes, then the weak kunt poms get bowled out an hour before tea, so I only see exactly half a days play....ffs

Awesome stuff by maxwell then Faulkner. It's even better that he's done it a few times before in India
