Yeah, bowls high 80's, attacking batsman. Also a big fan of his attitude, the way he stood up to Johnson in Adelaide and the fight he's shown with the bat and ball here.

He's got the right temperament and he's crucial for the balance of our team. Moeen Ali is the MVP of County cricket and he's like a spinning version of Stokes, so not all doom and gloom.

Yep-three innings under 200, 251 & 251/6 isn't going to cut it-even if they were bowling well those scores don't give them any advantage. They made 312 but the problem was the Aussies had made nearly 600 first innings & then made a quick 130 odd & declared-they have played worse than the team in 2006/2007 who were facing a far better Aussie team.

One of the best balls I have ever seen. People will argue that at Cook's skill level he should have got something on it, but I reckon it was as close to unplayable (especially first ball of the innings) as any ball we have seen this series.

Edit: The thing that makes me so happy about this series is that in the first 3 games EVERYBODY in the Australian XI has contributed. Tons from Warner, Clarke, SMiffy and Haddin; wickets from Johnson, Siddle, Harris and Lyon; Rogers has done a great job of blunting the new ball and rotating the strike while Warner runs rampant, and even Bailey (who has probably contributed the least) has scored one fifty and of course THAT over today.

While this series will no doubt be remember as The Johnson Show, the reason we are winning is because everybody has chipped it. It makes me incredibly happy.
