Hey guys , here is my kid , he is also 15 . Has been lifting for almost 2 years , just recently got into bodybuilding type , so go easy on him .
He is almost 6' tall , about 180 pounds , just got 200 up in the bench for the first time !!!! He also squatted 440 for a single at the football SPEED&STRENGTH camp . He won't be 16 till next year , so he has a lot of growing to do .
I started him out powerlifting , but he insists on doing bodybuilding type work now . He has some good genes , so I hope he has the fire that his old man has LOL!!!!!!!!

Well done, Matt!
Keep the fire burning and remember to follow your dad's advice.
I'm sure we'll hear from you again soon!
Big fish,
It's high time you react or you'll be left behind and your son will
be coaching you soon! :=)
You can be proud of him!Age is but a number ! a healthy diet and regular exercice can make you feel and look much younger than you really are !

IF YOUR KID CAN DO THAT IM SCARED TO SEE YOU!!.. you guys must be blessed with good genes. Tell your son to keep it up and make it a way of life!!...

PS: When I was 15 I could barely bench press 150!!, so your son is way ahead of most 15 year olds i know..

squat 440 u say?
I am lucky enough to have a combo leg-press/hacksquat machine that I purchased a few years back .
I am hoping he will be aropund the 500 mark by the end of his junior year . I think this is a realistic goal for him ."PEACE-OUT" theBIGFISH =)
