Tell me if im not eating enough and if so what to add?

10am: bagel, 3 eggs, bowl of oatmeal

12pm: pbj sandwhich and banana

2pm tuna and crackers and maybe mac n cheese

4pm granola bar or pbj again

7pm ham and cheese sandwhich

9pm a bunch of chicken and a bowl of chilli

Also have 2 whey protien shakes a day, and eat almonds randomly

If this is not enough food what should i add to my diet?

Taste bud wise i have no problem eating really plain foods. I don't have a very big stomach though so can't eat big meals.

im bulking. i eat carrots, banannas apples, also i just forgot to list them since not a major source of calories...

goals are get good looking buff not strength gain buff. Just a decent size body but not too much. i already have a decent body but want more since naturally people want more haha.

any advice on any other high protien foods to add to my meal plan would be great thanks.
