Hey, im a big fan uf UD2.0 and i was wondering which supplements i should AVOID/LOWER THE DOSE during the depletion days, when deplete glycogen is the main objective.
Recently i heard Beast said to use Glucophase XR just to deplete glycogen (first couple of days) and NOT to use when glycogen is depleted already.
Ive also read anywhere that if supplementing with CLOUT on a UD2 diet you should add a couple of sets to depletino WOs to ensure glycogen depletion.
All kinds of creatine should get in the way of depletion days?
Im also wondering about diferent products like Leptigen, test boosters, NO, HMB, hmb+crea combo, ecdysterone etc. Any input is welcome.
