Rats! My wireless mouse had a meltdown when its batteries died, then the page crashed and burned before I was finished. I wanted to add one more exercise to today's page but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it once it's saved.

Cool function - although it would be nice if there was a link off of your bodyspace profile to make it easier to get to (if there already is one, I didn't notice it... so maybe it needs to be more obvious). Also, it would be nice to have a notation box for each exercise.
Other than that - it is cool.

I think it was just released. Brian and I tested it a few weeks ago and gave some feedback. I haven't had a chance yet to try it out to see if any of that was incorporated.
I think it can be very useful, especially for those who stick to a routine, as you can copy in previous wo's and then just change the weights.

Good addition
I liked it though already use printable workout logs from BB.com. The only thing in my life that is not computerized. I might have to take a lap top to the garage when I workout and post it as I go replacing the paper I use now.
I agree that there needs to be link. I found it from bodyspace by accident. Take care to all.

I played with this and save an ab workout and when I tried to edit it just to see what would happen I couldn't do it. I clicked on View/Edit Library and it opened properly to the page where you enter notes. Then when I clicked 'next' to go to the actual workout it wouldn't move. Tried it several times. I sent an email to the admins regarding the bug.

It's still in Beta, so I imagine it will have a few bugs. It seems like a great tool. I really like how it calculates the total weight of a workout... helps me not fool myself into thinking I did more when I didn't.
