Suggestions for a training program for Figure hopeful

Could use your help!

I need help with training/nutrition to increase lean muscle mass. Need to tighten glutes, hammies and abs. Add muscle to shoulders, arms and back.

Any suggestions...Thx!!!

First off have you trained before and if so what is your current routine and diet? and how long have you been training.

If not then I would suggest looking at some of the stickys in the female section on how to go about starting weight lifting or get with some one at the gym to show the proper way to lift and the proper diet.

Hey Sunshinelynn

I have been working out for the past 2 years (last 6 months on my own).

My profile has a minor description of my cardio and weight training. However, I do cardio 30 min in a.m. w/ short intervals of heavy detail for legs/arms or abs alternating. Weights, I train about 1 hr. w/ a short and low-moderate cardio after. I switch between heavy and light routines hitting each group twice in one weak. I've read that females need to work their body parts 2x/wk to build the muscle. ??? So I do it. I could use some suggestions....

As for my nutrition, I dont have a set meal plan and want one. But for the most part, I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. 2 to 3 protein shakes made w/ water per day. Egg whites/Oatmeal for B; chicken/tuna and veggies for L; chicken/turkey and veggies for D after w/o; and if Im hungry before my evening shake, egg whites.

I am open to suggestions!
