depends on your bodytype. For bulking, i'd start with 3500-4000calories and see how that does. Myself, I was 5'7, 120pds before i started bulking. Taking 4,000calories did poop for me....i ended up having to take around 6,000calories/day to gain weight. So start with 4k and see how that goes, then up it if neede

I dont know if I could afford all that food ;P I work 7:30 to 7:30 ..1 hour lunch break.
What is a good amount of fat /saturated fat to get ?
I have these supps right now

supps smupps. Only 1 I use is whey powder, and i only started using it recently.
If you can't afford to eat 2pds of tenderloin steak each night, then you can get good calories from really cheap and simple foods. Flax bread(300calories for 2slices), flax seed, flax seed oil, pasta, tuna, chicken(cheap protien here), peanut butter, cottage cheese.
The list is endless, but if money is the issue, then the above mentioned are pretty cheap, can be gotten in big quantities and perfect for bulking. peanut butter is the key staple in a bulkers dietBooo
