What is the lowest sodium source of protein?
I am a few days out from my contest. I found that Tilapia has only 37mg of sodium per filet. Are there any other foods that would be better or about the same?

none of your animal flesh is going to have much sodium unless you are eating processed stuff, i.e. deli meats, sausages, bacon, canned foods, and chicken/turkey breasts that have been injected with solutions.

Wrong
Lean meats are definitely going to be the lowest.
100g of 95/5 ground beef has ~70 mg, and most other lean meats are going to be below or around that area.

Except no salt added CC should still have salt in it due to the naturally occuring salt in dairy. If the content is 0 mg, then there is probably extra processing to get rid of the sodium. It's a good source of low sodium protein.

dairy and eggs have more naturally occuring sodium than flesh, you just can't get around that...they are both nutrients for maintaining and developing the life of offspring so they will by default have more sodium in them as the animals young needs it.

The no salt added CC is 50 mg of sodium per serving.
