UNLVmike's Superdrol Log
Well I know there are many of these floating around, however I thought I would throw my experience out there so people could gage if SD is right for them or not. Anyways, my cycle looks like the following:
Superdrol: 45min prior to workout (usually around 7-7:30 PM)
Week 1 - 10mg
Week 2 - 10mg (possibly 20 depending on how I feel after a week of 10mg)
Week 3 - 20mg
PCT: Nolva / Pro Liver
Week 1 - 40mg / 6 capsules (dont know the dosage off the top of my head)
Week 2 - 20mg / 6 capsules
Week 3 - 20mg / 6 capsules
Other Supplements:
-ON Whey Protien - 2x daily
-GNC Mega Men Multi - daily
Workout:
Monday - Tri's/Back
Tuesday - Chest/Bi's
Wed - REST
Thursday - Sholders/Traps
Friday - Legs/Abs
Weekends - REST
Starting wieght: 196
BF%: 9
I will wieght myself each Friday after a hard week of working out, then I will post my gains.
I will also post after each workout to monitor strength improvements.
Anything else you guys would like to see on here LMK, I will try to add them. I dont have pictures nor do I have a digistal camera, so before/after pics are out of the question.

Well I have been on Superdrol for one days (started Tuesday), heres what my workout the past week have looked like:
Mon: Back / Tris (6/20)
Wide Grip Chins - BWx10, 25lbsX6, 25lbsx6
Hammer Grip Chins - BWx8, BWx6, BWx6
Bent-over BB rows (underhand grip) - 95lbsX10, 95lbsX10, 95lbsX10
Rack Pulls - 225x10, 315x8, 405x6
Straight Arm Pulldowns - 3 sets of 10 (dont remeber the wieght, was on a cable machine)
Wieghted Dips - 90lbsX10, 90lbsX8, 90lbsX8
Overhead DB extensions - 65lbsX10, 75lbsX8, 85lbsX6
Reverse Grip single arm pushdowns - 3 sets of 15 on cable machine (slow negatives)
Tues: Chest / Bis (6/21)
BB Incline Bench - 135x10, 185x8, 205x4, 225x2
DB Flat Bench (wieght equals the size of dumbell used) - 75'sX10, 85'sX8, 95'sX6
Wiegted LF dips - 3 sets of 10 with 45lb plate
Incline Flys - 3 sets of 10 with 35lb dumbell
BB Curls - 95x8, 105x6, 115x3
Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 10 with 35lb DB
Incline Curls - 3 sets of 10 with SLOOOOW negatives 25lb DB
Tuesday was the only day I worked out with the SD in the system, of course I havnt felt anything yet but I am looking forward to seeing these numbers blow through the roof.

Well yesterday was the rest day, not feeling any different, its only been two days though.
Sholder/Trap workout tonite.

based on what others have said, i would seriously consider adding some Coq10 to combat the negative effect on cholesterol, at least as part of your pct.

this formula has been mentioned a lot for superdrol pct, as both the red rice yeast and coq10 can be very helpful, plus a couple other solid ingredients.
