Well I know there are many of these floating around, however I thought I would throw my experience out there so people could gage if SD is right for them or not. Anyways, my cycle looks like the following:
Superdrol: 45min prior to workout (usually around 7-7:30 PM)
Week 1 - 10mg
Week 2 - 10mg (possibly 20 depending on how I feel after a week of 10mg)
Week 3 - 20mg
PCT: Nolva / Pro Liver
Week 1 - 40mg / 6 capsules (dont know the dosage off the top of my head)
Week 2 - 20mg / 6 capsules
Week 3 - 20mg / 6 capsules
-ON Whey Protien - 2x daily
-GNC Mega Men Multi - daily
Monday - Tri's/Back
Tuesday - Chest/Bi's
Wed - REST
Thursday - Sholders/Traps
Friday - Legs/Abs
Weekends - REST
Starting wieght: 196
I will wieght myself each Friday after a hard week of working out, then I will post my gains.
I will also post after each workout to monitor strength improvements.
Anything else you guys would like to see on here LMK, I will try to add them. I dont have pictures nor do I have a digistal camera, so before/after pics are out of the question.
