I always do dumbbell presses, but my new routine has me barbell pressing. How many pounds, roughly, should I expect to lose or gain n this workout?

Well, sence you would be using a barbell you should start with light weight to find out what weight you are able to press but overall id say that you would press 10 pounds lighter or if you are strong at pressing you could even do more weight with a barbell than Dumbells.
