I want to buy some different whey protein than the cheap walmart one that I already have. Is there any kind of tub of whey protein that is affordable, but not bad quality? btw if a certain protein powder mixes but leaves a few chunks of powder, would that protein still be absorbed? and wheres the best place to go to find protein bars that aren't too expensive?

my opinion is all whey is just about the same... i doubt the $50 tub of whey protien is any better than the $20 one, assuming they are both only whey protien.. just look at the ingredients and make sure they arent using ****ty sources of protien in the product (like soy)
