2 Months POST (Tummy Tuck) Pic's included..
Question: Do I look fat in my new pictures or is my head getting to me? Please be honest. I know my chest sucks, but its because of the ****ing loose skin, trying to grow enough muscles to fill it up from sagging.
I'm currently a (15 1/5 in dress shirts/ 32 waist / and S- T shirts.)
Started at 280lbs:
===================
Lost 120lbs (Extra Skin) Before TummyTuck:
====================
Currently Bulking (160lbs) trying to keep fat low as possible:

No, you look fine (no homo). Although you will gain a bit of fat with any bulk.
Question: Couldn't you have just used a lot of your weight you already had to fuel some heavy lifting and used it as a bulk in reverse?

let me ask you all a question, do I look fat in the pictures? Do I look overweight or in shape? I'm curious because I'm unsure what a normal stomach is supposed to look like and mine looks a little weird. I picture abs and big arms
just curious be honest if you see anything lacking..
it cost me about 8k for surgery

the only thing i noticed out of proportion is at the side where lats are. you need to fill it up with muscle, and you'll look even better.

yeah I guess it was possible but I mean when I lost all that weight I was uneducated about losing it correctly and did way too much cardio plus I mean with such a massive weight loss its to a point where you're going to get skin no matter what.
I would have to be big as Ronnie to fill up that old skin, I used to be way bigger then that first picture. That first picture is what i took when I started 1 month in my workouts.

I've had the CEO email me a couple of times and we talked, we were supposed to do an article I wrote it down but never got posted. No worries though, everyone is more then welcome to ask me anything..
I love bodybuilding, it taught me to never give up on anything in life. I was in a **** hole begging for money and thinking why I had such a ****ty life. The day I stopped asking questions and took action was the day I got anything I wanted out of life.
I now work in a biotechnology company, I own my own broker property management business and I now am in life where I can get anything I want in life and it's all thanks to bodybuilding teaching me to never give up because when you work hard enough to get it no matter how ****ty things can look at that moment there is always a reward that comes with that hard work and commitment.

thanks man, I'm currently trying my best with the chest it really gets to me sometimes. It sags when my hands are down and its due to the fact that there isn't enough muscle in them to fill up the loose skin thats left over. I'll keep working on those. I'll focus on my lats as well thank you.
my stomach looks normal though, I mean can you tell I had surgery from that picture?

Dude, you don't even look like you had surgery. Like others have said, you can even see visible abs, with work those will be super defined. Quit stressing.
Cred for doing that man, you don't even look like the same person. Motivational for real.

thanks dude, my goal is to get big but get some abs and cut down too. Seems almost to hard to focus more then on one thing at once.. so I have to wait but thats part of the game I guess.
