Talking Help Please

Hello, i would like you to help me, i want to get a good body, the thing is rigth now i'm starting my dental practice and i dont have resources to get in the gym, i do push ups and have some weights, and i run some, do you think that having a good diet, and working out like push ups, dips, etc and taking some supplements i can gain some muscle?? i always wanted to have a great chest...I think i'm in ok condition but i want to be better, so what can i do? and what should i take to get more lean muscle, without getting too fat

well i would need to kno your height and weight.. but for starts, pushups are good so are dips, and running never hurt ne body so stick with it.. get a protein poweder and take a few shakes a day.. also if u have sum unwanted fat i would say about 10 pounds+ then i would look into a diet supp, my fav is lipo6 take a multi vitamin and u should be good..reply with hieght and weight...

No to gain mass just those excercises will not pack on the muscle. You need resistance training to tax the muscle..
