I just made a new routine, this new routine has me working legs on saturday, but my old routine had them being worked on wed. So is it ok to have 9 days of in between my legs this week or not?
Depends really. If you do heavy squats or leg press nine days should be fine, in fact I do my squats / deadlifts every ten days anyway. Not sure how it would affect leg curls / leg extensions.
If you are changing routines a period of 7-10 days of rest could be benefical anyway, even if you found you had to drop back your weight slightly.
